A school nurse will be assigned to ISK and, in accordance with the Health Act, will provide:
Preventative health measures and health education at school
Information and guidance to children and parents to promote physical and mental well-being
Individual check-ups and consultations in selected grades or as needed
Vision screening
Hearing screening
Height and weight measurements
Motor skills assessment
School nurses are paediatric nurses with specialized training. They work closely with teachers, general practitioners, PPR (Educational Psychological Services), and family advisors.
Parental consent is required for individual student consultations.
